YouTube is the only app that keeps buffering while using tmobile home internet. What’s the problem and how do I fix it?
It may be the device you're using to run the YouTube app. Roku and Google have been feuding for some time, and I get buffering and sometimes downresing of YouTube and YouTube TV on my Roku device, but not on my Apple TV HD and Google chrome cast with Google TV devices. Also, the various devices/smart TVs have differences in the YouTube apps they run, and some are better optimized than others.
I've been experiencing the same issue. Running YouTube on my phone takes like 5 mins to buffer a simple video at 1080p and even the ads buffer! This only has affected YouTube and Twitter in my experience, and I'm getting really solid download speeds and ping
Is this regular YT, or YT-TV?
Regular YT is working fine on my Samsung across my wifi.

I have issues with youtube on my t mobile home internet, its been days. I turn off wifi and works fine on my cellular data from Verizon. In Northeast Wisconsin. All Samsung devices.
