Adding multiple new lines

I recently switched to T-Mobile now that I’ve managed to test it out. I am trying t bring my family over however, when I try adding multiple lines online it won’t let me. I can only seem to add one line. When I first making my T-Mobile account and looking at plans it would let me add multiple lines for a new user but now It doesn't even give me the option to add more than one. Is there a bug or can I not add multiple lines online?

4 lines but it wont even let me add more than one. I currently only have one line

Try reaching out to the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter or give Customer Care a call to find out why.  I’m guessing because it’s a fairly new account.  They probably just want you to go into a store as a precaution or for a potential credit check to add 4 additional lines.
