So why is it that the app never works on my phone when I want to log in say to make a payment? Ni can't even use the guest option. And when attempting to type it gets me out. I should not have this continual issue on the same phone whose account is paid every month. This is utterly annoying and when my contract is up account will be closed.
Have you considered enabling autopay? Is your app and device OS up to date? Any devices more than a few years old and out of the software support window probably won’t work due to security reasons.
was the phone brought in from another carrier? purchased from TMO or from a different vendor? what type of phone do you even have?
