Why was I charged DOUBLE my regular prepaid amount? October is the first month I've had Autopay.
I called customer service last night who assured me that the overcharge ($60 + $6.15 tax) would be refunded; however today (Oct 5) I received a message from T Mobile that my account was not eligible for a refund.
I was not told that I would be charged double, nor did I authorize this overcharge.
