I switched to T-mobile internet at the end of February. I just received my first bill and autopay payment was debited from my account today. However, the $5 autopay discount was not applied. Should I expect this to show up on next month’s bill or should it have been on the first bill?

Are you using a debit card or credit card. Autopay discount only applies to debit cards or bank accounts.
I’m using a debit card.

When did you sign up? If it was to close to the bill date it may show on next months bill.

I am not seeing this either on my bill. What gives? I switched a few months ago.
