I’m sick of this. Every-single-time I try and pay my bill, it’s at least 20 minutes of refreshing and praying the bill pay page will load, you want to know why my payment is always late!? BECAUSE I’M CONSTANTLY GIVING UP OUT OF FRUSTRATION, FIX YOUR WEBSITE, FIX YOUR WEBSITE, THIS HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR YEARS, FIX YOUR WEBSITE.
THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS BEING AN ONGOING ISSUE FOR YEARS.

youre unable to call in and do the automated payment?

If you are able to setup autopay, you can avoid this. That is no excuse for website not working but autopay adds a nice discount to most plans.

in other words you literally CAN make a payment on your account...you can try to hold them to fixing it or youre not paying..however once they shut off your line for non payments that isnt exactly on them since there are numerous ways to make your payment..you just choose to stick to only one.

PostPaid bill payment page is working fine for me when I am logged into my.t-mobile.com.
