Can't update email in profile

Everytime I try to replace the old email address in my TMobile profile with my new email address, which is currently my TMobile login ID, the system rejects it and tells me that it's already registered. Therefore, I can't update the email that's used for contacting me about my TMobile account. Why is everything TMobile such junk? Seems like the developers don't bother to sufficiently test the software before putting it live for users!

Hey there. Can you clarify exactly where you are trying to update your email? How long ago did you change your T-Mobile ID from the old email address to the new email? If the email that you want is already your T-Mobile ID, then that is where you should continue to receive other communications about T-Mobile. It would be useful to know where it is not currently matching so I can provide more accurate advice on how to fix it.
