Changing my plan to Go5G Next 55

T-Mobile’s website and app are a mess. And calling support takes hours. We are on Essentials 55 plan and want to upgrade to the Go5G Next 55 plan but the website and the app only allow us to upgrade to the Go5G Next which is very expensive and much more expensive than a similar ATT plan. So why should we even stay with T-Mobile with their much more inferior cell coverage?

I have been holding for T-Mobile for 37 minutes on my phone and they keep try to send me to the community, but the community seems just as frustrated.

Any idea?

Of course I have, and also through the cellphone App. Seems like the president of this company is out to lunch.

I recently tried signing into MyTombile  account and got an error that it wasn't available.

It seems as though even if you are already on a 55+ plan and have already confirmed age eligibility, the online tools (website or app) don’t allow you product change to a 55+ plan.  I haven’t seen a way, anyway.
