Confusion on upgrading from T-Mobile One to Go5G Plus

I’ve been looking to upgrade my plan from the grandfathered T-Mobile One plan to the Go5G Plus plan but anytime I call in they tell me that I would be paying $200+ a month versus the $150 I pay. My confusion comes from the fact that when I try online, it says my bill would only go up by $10 if I upgraded.

I currently only pay for two out of 4 lines. Online, it says that the lines that I don’t pay for would go from free to $10 a month and with autopay I would only end up paying $10 more overall. The new plan appeals to me because I would get 20 more GBs of hotspot and being able to upgrade with new user promotions.

So which is it? Is the website correct and the agents over the phone just not educated about this or is the website incorrect and in need of correcting?

Sorry if this was confusing. Thank you!

I have a One 55+ plan that's $70 for 2 lines, if I upgraded to the new plan it would be $170 a month for 2 lines. That $10 for the 2 other lines is not correct. On this one trust the reps.
