Spent the last five days attempting to transfer from Xfinity to T-Mobile and it still isn’t done. I still have a temporary number so no one who knows me can reach me. My wife's and sons phones are still dead.

Customer service does not know what to do but after 8 calls to CS, I get commentary and apologies but no fix. Anyone else have this problem?

Some numbers are not portable away from their original carrier.  Are you sure the numbers you are trying to port are possible to port?  The FCC has restrictions on rural numbers and area codes where numbers are in demand.
