Why two days before the bill is due calls are dropped. Also messages are withheld on the due date causing major lost communication. I could understand if it is a week late but one day is horrible network service. Tried to call 611 for assistance but it only wants money!
Since switching over to 5G my calls drop or service is choppy more often in places that has coverage. I have a mile and half stretch in my normal route to and from school where I have no service. This was never the case when I had 4G. Is there something that can be done to repair the service in the area to reduce the choppy, dropped calls in my area?
you have VoLTE turned on within the phone? as long as you have a data connection you should also be able to make said calls over data.
also which phone do you have? and did you switch the sim card from your prior phone into this phone or did they give you a whole new sim card to put into the phone?
