Family Account: Can not View All Lines & Devices

Since switching from Sprint to TMobile, I can not see all 4 lines and devices on my family plan on the Account page.  I can only see my personal line.

How can I view and manage all lines and devices on the same plan on the Account page?

You need to be the Primary account holder or have your line set up by the PAH to have that access.

On the app, log in. Bottom right corner, click "More", then "Profile Settings", "T- Mobile ID", click "Add Phone Number" and enter the phone number of the line you want connected to your account.  The person will get a code, and once they confirm,  your done. Hope that helps!

I was a transfer from Sprint - it’s ridiculous that I have to re-enter all 4 of the extra lines just to see what’s going on with them!
