I've been a customer for several years. I keep getting flipping emails wanting me to be a customer. I delete it, it comes back like instantly. The email has no way to request to be removed. Isn't that illegal. It's driving me nuts. How do I get my email off this annoying list that never ends?

Are you sure it's not a phishing attempt? Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you and send a screenshot of the email header.
It comes from T-MOBILE it takes me to my real account. Every time I try to text it will not let me out of the text bot. I can't get to a person. I've tried over and over. I'm going to the store hopefully tomorrow.

Get into your online account
tap on your name on the upper right of the page
tap profile
tap privacy and notifications
tap marketing Communication Preferences
from there you can turn on or off the Marketing.
