I recently made an account for my children’s phone. My phone is currently on my fiance’s acct. I am needing to set up an online account but have not gotten anything with my account number. I have had more trouble since I switched them from Verizon. Can you help me?

This is primarily a peer help forum for customers to seek help from other customers.  No one here has access to your accounts.  You can give Customer Care a call at 611 or reach out to T-Mobile through DM on Facebook or Twitter to have someone help you that can access your accounts.
