I called 611 last week due to International roaming was turned off on my account 5-6 years ago. I received a text about an enormous bill and called 611. The agent on the phone told me I would not be charged those fees and to not worry about. Change to today. Received my Bill and everything is billed I was told that would not. I called 611 today and was told I would have to pay 50% due to the representative from last week not being available and they are unable to listen to the recording. That is absolute garbage that nobody can listen to that call. I want a US based representative to please call me.
