I am ending my long term relationship and I need to know how to do this. Every time I click “contact us” theres a bad server error. I can’t find anywhere that offers live chat or support and I need this done ASAP. Thanks for any help you may give

The primary account holder needs to do a change of responsibility to the person taking ownership of the line so both people need to be on the same page.
If the PAH doesn't want to relinquish said line they don't have to.
I AM THE ACCT HOLDER AND I WANT TO TERMINATE THE OTHER LINE ON MY ACCT, HOW DO I GO ABOUT THAT? IM AWARE THERES A PAST DUE BILL AT PRESENT BUT ONCE THE BILL IS PD HOW DO I GO ABOUT TERMINATION THEOTHER LINE?
