How do i replace a lost or stolen Project 10 Million hotspot device

I recently had my child's hotspot device stolen by someone and would like to report the incident and have the device replaced ASAP especially as the service renews in a few days and I do not want the thief to enjoy the free wifi it provides plus my daughter uses it  to get important school work done so any assistance I could get regarding how to do so would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
