T-mobile have to issue my remained trade in credit. They promised 800$ I sent my 4 month iphone12(I bought it on July 18, 2021) . It haven’t any problem. I wanna get 5g service. Thus I joined trade in. T-mobile have to keep promise the 800$. I tried cancel my deal because they issued only 225$ credit. They promised other remained credit. I checked 2time to make sure it. They promised and closed deal they said. But after T-mobile didn’t do anything and yesterday they said They tried but there was technically It is impossible.
I should get my credit. It is 575$. Or return my phone.
