I ordered an Apple Watch SE 40mm on December 29th, 2021. I paid for 2 day shipping, and the device was said to /not/ be on back order. Now, it’s February and my device order is still listed as “processing.” Not shipped, not delivered. I can’t get a refund because I signed electronically for the item. It’s annoying that I’m going to keep getting charged for an item that never arrived. T-Mobile support has not been helpful in the slightest when it comes to this issue.

I have a similar problem, ordered a new IPad Jan 29th, paid for two day air shipping. They billed me on the 30th, the UPS tracking number shows TM created a shipping ticket but has never s(piped it. The first (expert) told me it was on back order, the 8 I’ve spoken to since claim it’s in shipment and I can not get a refund until I receive and return.  So I’m don’t with T-Mobile once this issue is resolved going back to Verizon much better service and no dropped calls.
