This isn't the first time. Is this legitimate?
I got one too, but my phone immediately marked it as spam...

Know what it is is basically some scammer has cross reference to your number to a T-Mobile prefix. Is also possible for people on T-Mobile to get that message even if they had poured it in a Verizon number previously years ago. Basically it's a scam.
