who else was lied to just to get your business? then after being sucked in you get told by managers they understand and they will take care of you and follow up in 2 days with a call and that call NEVER happens!!?? I joined in October of 2021 because they had free phone promotion if we traded in our eligible phones. we did and 2 months later i learned, by an increase in my autopay, that T-Mobile switched my promo to a BOGO. Mind you, I had to call every month because my promo was entered incorrectly. I am still fighting to get my promo added correctly so it will stick and that is yet to happen. Every time a get a new supervisor, they promise me the world and NOTHING changes. Looks like they say all the right things while you are on the phone or chat but once they disconnect the call/chat - youre outta luck! This is the WORST company ever, LIARS! and the service is sub-par. the 5-G network doesn’t cover the areas it promotes.
