Misleading Promotion

I'm a new costumer with T-Mobile. We were informed that we would qualify for Freedom Carrier Offer and that we will obtain up to 4 iphone 13 phones. During the call they did not inform us that our carrier did not qualify. Since we were under the expectation that we would qualify for this promotion we ordered 4 new phones. After receiving and setting up all phones we noticed in our bill that instead we did not quality and were put in this BOGO promotion where we would pay for 2 of the 4 phones. It is pretty frustrating that we were misled to believe that we would receive credits for up to 4 phones and now be placed in a different promotion where we need to pay for 2 phones. 

We called customer service and spent several hours trying to get this fix today and the only option they provided is to return the phones and switch back to the old carrier. Their response is unacceptable.  They have records of the initial conversation as well as what was offered to us, however they said they can't do anything else for us.

I am requesting to get this matter result and to comply with the initial offer or extend a refund for the price of the phones.

This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you.
