Making a payment arrangement doesn't guarantee your service won't be suspended. Even if your service is suspended, you should still be able to contact Customer Care by dialing 611 from your T-Mobile device.
Nope 👎🏼 it doesn’t let you know make phone calls
you can’t even call customer service
lucky for me I was able to download an app that allowed me to call customer service and figure out what happened with my account .
your T-Mobile service should not be suspended or interrupted
if you have in place a payment arrangement
otherwise it defeats the purpose of having that option for customers

I’m am really disappointed in this process I scheduled a payment arrangement on the phone but was able to make a portion of that payment sooner went to cancel the arrangement and on line won’t let me further more they didn’t have me as the the primary account holder but managed to get my payment information I guess from sprint I was never asked to switch to T-Mobile in the first place very very disappointing
