How can I access my free Netflix?

You have to have a Netflix account.  T-Mobile doesn't give you Netflix, just a credit towards it.

The official instructions from T-Mobile do not work for me. I have the Magenta plan and DO NOT SEE the option to enable Netflix as a service under Add-Ons. I've tried on both T-Mobile.com and on the T-Mobile Android app. Why is this being hidden?

Are you the primary line of a family plan?  You need to be on a Plan with 2 or more lines, AND also be logged into the primary line to set it up.

I have the same problem.  We have the Magenta Unlimited 55 plan with 2 lines and I am the primary account holder.  I’m logged into the app on my phone and there is no option for Netflix.  It does show a bunch of TVision options and TVision channels EPIX, STARZ, and SHOWTIME, but not Netflix.

Although I am positive I’m the primary, I also tried choosing our other line and Netflix doesn’t show up on that one either. 

We do already have a Netflix account so that’s not it.
