My bill on my account doubled last month for canceling a different line that I never wanted since it’s only one person on my account and I kept my original number. But they gave me an extra number and canceled it and it doubled my bill! I never asked for that!
you will need to either call in or contact TMO through Facebook or Twitter..the site here is primarily peer to peer with a handful of admins/moderators to keep the site in order only..they do not have account access.
i recommend the FB/Twitter route since it lands you with a higher tier support than the call in agents.
