this is primarily a peer to peer site with an Admin and maybe a couple moderators. they do not have account access and are unable to assist with this

 

you’ll need to either call in or contact them on one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter.

***I like many others come onto this site for assistance and to help others. Marking a reply as helpful or correct helps others with like issues when they try to search the site for assistance. I do not work for Tmobile and my suggestions and or opinions are my own**.~~~~ The site here is primarily peer to peer with some TMO moderation to keep the site in order..They do not have account access..The prefered method would be to contact TMO through either calling in (tier 1 support) or by contacting them through either Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support)**~~~~

Making an initial payment doesn’t mean the rest isn’t still due.  There are also late fees charged per month for any account that is past due.  As mentioned, Customer Care or the T-Force Team could help you with a payment schedule but I doubt you will be getting your $20 back with a balance of $148 still due.
