Pending rate plan or service change

I have a pending rate plan or service change in in my account history that I have no idea about. I didn’t request a service change so what reason is one there? I There’s no details or nothing just that it’s pending. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Did you add the feature for the extra 20 GB of Mobile Hotspot? If so, it was only for two months so it could be dropping off now.
