I want to upgrade my phone and was going through Samsung for a specific deal. I want the payments on my monthly tmobile bill but I have to put in my pin code on the Samsung store to get into my tmobile.....I don't know what the pin is and I can't find any info on it. I've been trying to talk to a rep all morning on the app and haven't been able to reach anyone.

Customer Care, the T-Force Team, or an in-store employee should be able to help you with that. The PIN is something the Primary Account Holder (PAH) sets up to secure the account. If you are the PAH and don’t remember it. Then Customer Care, T-Force, or someone in-store can reset that for you with the appropriate verification.
