She did a fantastic job helping me with my account and answering some questions that i had on December 20, 2022.

You should try contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to put in the glowing review of this employee since this is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation.
