Post Pay - I got billed on first month that I didn't use any service

I placed my oder and got the sim card on Dec 6 and then setup my online account, auto pay etc.

On Dec 7, I saw a bill generated in my online account for the period Nov 6 - Dec 5. I called the customer service wihtout any resolution. Now I paid a month of the service that I didn’t use at all. Any solution to get my money back?

Try reaching out to the T-Force Team by sending a DM to T-Mobile on either Facebook or Twitter.  Usually the service is billable once the order is placed, which is why I prefer to go into a store to start a new service.
