Hello. I went overseas for a few months and got a notification recently that my prepaid t-mobile number had been cancelled. Is there a way for me to reactivate it? I’ll be going back in a few days time and will need my number again.

The number is probably back in the number pool and was assigned to someone else
What can I do to get a new number before I go back? I still have my prepaid SIM card with me.

You will need to open a new plan with new sim. Once a sim is deactivated it can't be used again.
