I have 3 sons on my plan. Is there a way that they can be moved to their own plan now that they are adults?

They would need to do a COR and port to a new plan. You will have to give OK to release the lines to them.
before doing so though is there any type of ongoing promo you are currently getting with having more than 1 phone on the account? if so you might take a look at see if its worth splitting them up or not. or which plan you might look into jumping to that’ll be a better deal for 1 or 2 phones only.
