returning my trade in device

After being lied to by Dakota the store manager the Woodbury Minnesota store and no help from T Mobile service reps. I am wanting to cancel our deal. i understand I have 14 days to do this but TMobile tells me they will not return my devices I traded. That is just wrong on all levels. Is there not a policy for this situation?

Devices are sent to a third party company, usually Assurant.  Because of that, T-Mobile has no way of returning your devices once they are sent in as a trade-in.
