My wife’s Revvl 4+ will not charge using any cord with the plug which came in the box with the phone.

So I’m using the correct charger with various cables and get the same error every time. This ‘not charging’ started after the most recent update. It is still under warranty.

“Charger is not compatible. Please use a compatible charger.”

I’m on the way to a store.
