Keep getting strange text numbers showing up on my bill both showing as Coming In and Going Out. One also seems to indicate I sent a picture with it. I have no idea who owns this number and when I try to research it the number does not seem to belong to anyone I can identify. I am assuming it some sort of spam but how does it show up as an OUT text when I never respond to any numbers I don’t know?
