It's because everyone is calling to opt out of the migration of their plans which the notification don't go out till tomorrow.
what does opt out of migration mean?
If you have a grandfathered plan Tmobile is going to migrate you to a new plan. Notifications go out the 17th with an option to opt out and stay on your current plan.
Yeah you might be right. However for a company this size they should have been ready for the calls that would result from a mandatory price increase.
The phones completely melted down on Monday, due to calls about the money grab, excuse me, migration plan. The Sub reddit is claiming that the plan is off.
