Recently, T-Mobile is crazy to increased its so called “T-MOBILE FEES & CHARGES”.
the same item “Recovery Fee” not only charge on the account level , also, duplicated the charges on each individual lines multiple time.
“T-MOBILE FEES & CHARGES” now it is over 50% of total. it is time to file complains to FCC

but the problem is that T-Mobile charged same taxes and fees multiple times.
T-Mobile charged the taxes on the account level, then charged it again on each lines.
the effective tax is over 50%, it could not be right

it is not about new law, it seems I got the taxes and fees hike for few months already

Go down and click on the contact us link and if chat is available a window will pop up.
You are charged taxes on each rate plan and feature then each line has a regulatory program fee which is a separate charge. All carriers charge taxes and fees. Even on plans where the fees are included, you are still paying them. Refer to the link below regarding the regulatory program fee. There is also a link going over the taxes & fees as well.
