I was supposed to get a handset with my Ooma subscription using the promo code TIME2SAVE but it didn’t come with the Ooma device. What should I do?

Thank you for responding so quickly. Yes, I visited that link to sign up with Ooma, and I’ve gotten my Ooma Tel, but it didn’t come with the handset that was supposed to be part of the promo, so that’s what I don’t know how to get.

Try contacting ooma or you can try contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if the can help.
