Unanswered SPAM calls on cruise ship

When on a cruise ship and connected to Celluar at Sea - Here is how I think I get charged.   I have Magenta MAX Plus Iphone.

Incoming text - free

Outgoing text 50 cents unless photo then $1.30

Outgoing phone call $5.99 a minute?

Incoming phone calls - If my phone rings and I have the option - answer or ignore - and I press ignore - do I get charged for 1 minute?    If the caller ID says SPAM call and I ignore - will I get charged?

If I select on a Iphone - Silence Unknown Callers - my phone never rings but they are sent to voicemail.  Do I get charged for that?

I just switched from ATT and they never charged for incoming calls that were unanswered - even those sent directly to voice mail.   Not sure about T mobiile - can’t find the rules.   With as ofter as you get SPAM I want to not pay for SPAM but still have my phone able to accept calls from relatives...

Here's a link to International and roaming charges.

Thanks - the information in those links doesn’t answer the question.   When you click on cruise ship - it asks you the name of the cruise ship - if the ship is not listed - it doesn’t tell you how much it will cost - even though your phone will still connect to Celluar at Sea.

It says that if your phone is completely off - you won’t get charged.   It doesn’t address SPAM calls sent directly to voice mail using the Iphone “Silence Unknown Callers” features.

I just found that thread - Thanks!  very helpful.   I posted a more detailed question there about using the “Silence Unknown Callers” Feature    Didn’t realize the 805 number to forward calls to was even a thing!

Thanks for your prompt replies!

Personally, I never want to be in a situation to find out if unanswered calls on a cruise ship are $6/min or $12/min. I would always set unconditional forwarding to voicemail and not have to worry about it.
