this problem is very perplexing. some people who call are getting a busy signal, some go straight to voicemail, but then some get through. no rhyme or reason as to when it happens or where I am. last time it happened, there were no external connections (bluetooth or wifi). I tried calling tech support - failed to get through.

View originalyou could be dragging around older tower info the phone should have dumped already..have you attempted any troubleshooting? restart the phone? network reset? is it only calls that are being affected or are texts also seeing problems?
