I ENTERED ALL DATA ACCORDING TO THE REP ON THE PHONE TO PROPERLY ENTER REFERRAL PERSON ON MY ACCOUNT… I WAS SENT TO A SCREEN SAYING I CANNOT REFER A FRIEND.. WTF?

I am having the same issue. I’ve tried several times over the past week, and it kept just bringing me back to the page where you set up refer-a-friend benefit. I finally got frustrated today and just kept checking that I accept terms and conditions and then clicking the button. I did this about 5 times and then got a message that says I’m not eligible to refer a friend (NOTE: I did read the requirements first and I should indeed be eligible).

you’ll need to contact TMO either by calling in (tier 1 support) or by Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support). the later two options are the preferred route to take.

they should be able to see why its happening on their end. also make sure to check your spam folder..they might have sent you something that needed a response and they never got it..not unheard of happening.
