I have the same issue as well, any update? 

I’ve been trying to add another line to my plan online for the past month to get one of the back to school phone deals they had that is “online only” and it never lets me add the line. On the app and on a laptop it just continuously loads and never adds it to my cart for me to make the purchase. I haven’t been able to get through to anyone on the chat feature on the app either. It’s ridiculous.

The exact se thing is happening to me. It's ridiculous. When I do talk to an expert they never want to fix the problem. All they say is that they can add a line for me. They don't seem to understand that I want to do it myself and fix the problem. I have been trying for a week. Maybe I'll just go to Verizon jeez
