I’m having the same issue as well.. Verifying myself on automated system and then having to do it again. I had an issue that wasn’t resolved by expert and asked possibly if a supervisor could help. I was transferred over to another “expert” not supervisor by the name of Jay who asked me to verify myself again. When I was transferred the second time it was silence, no hold music. I think he was waiting for me to hang up.
They asked for way too much verification. But they cross the line when they ask for my wife's last 4 of her social security.
are you or they trying to do anything with her account? and is she the primary account holder or are you?
