I can’t access my Messages; it keeps telling me I am attempting an international call. I have not had access to my messages since I started T-Mobil a month ago

Did you BYOD from another carrier? The phone number of the Voicemail system is entered somewhere in the phone’s settings. Did you install the Visual Voicemail app? That’s what I use.
