I keep getting errors with a message stating “you cannot make phone calls on the phone for it is not registered for this network” or something like that.  I was a 20 year + Verizon customer and never got a message like that and I get one a day or more from t-mobile.  I need to make a call and can’t.  Really annoying.   

 

Is there a fix?  I want to change back.

Join the party....I can't text or make phone calls most of the time when I'm not on wifi.  I use to have good service then all of a sudden....Straight garbage 

Even this “support” section sux.  T Mobile tells you to place the modem in a window on the second floor (using their app for best location) then tell you to not have it in the sun!  Regardless I can stay connected for more than five minutes at a time 

I also can’t connect (transfer) smart products as the connection doesn’t hold long enough to do so.  Those I have connected, lose connection constantly.  
 

any solutions??
