Badge

Why am I billed for November-December when I just joined t-mobile in December? That doesn't make sense! It hasn't even been a month yet!

Billing is usually based from the date you sign up. All billing related issues need to be addressed with Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile line or by reaching out to the T-Force Team by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter.
