was something changed up with your account recently? and is this a pre paid plan or post paid?
and is this a regular text or are you responding to a short code text sent to you?
No changes account is post paid I pay it about 20 days in advance has happened before called t- mobile it was taken care of it has been happening for a week or so
unfortunately you’ll have to contact them again. once its fixed again ask them what they had to do on their end. could be a reset on their side they did but not fully sure.
Try a different sms app to see if it’s a Tmobile issue or an app issue.
