Firmware Galaxy Note 9 Android acting like garbage

since most recent 2 firmware pushes in last week or so the phone is unstable  freezes and crashes

 

k.e.rykuluk,.e board  freezes or puts garbage in texts or types slower than your mummified 442 bc grannie… of many greats….

have you attempted any troubleshooting? unfortunately in your scenario you might opt to jump to the dreaded factory reset. i would say start with a cache wipe but i have a feeling youre in need of a deeper purge.
