Frustrated

Switched over from Verizon, was excited but now very disappointed! Had Pages all set up,TRIED to log in to Facebook and next thing I know, everything was changed on my phone. All pages that were set up, swipe left, are now swipe up. Some weird bubbles of apps keep popping up on a page out of nowhere...don't even have to be using the phone. Home page has things that, again,  just popped up which got rid of the weather and time features and nothing will switch it back to how it was, the way I wanted it!! Not even a total reset. The phone is getting hot and at times very uncomfortable if you're on a voice call. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Thinking I made a bad decision with moving from Verizon, as I never had anything like these issues in the 8 years being with them!!
