We are getting voicemails from a jail - blocking the number on the phone (S21 5G) only makes it so it doesn’t ring. We still get the voicemail (which is asking for a credit card payment to place the call). How can I block them from leaving voicemail?

Unfortunately, I don't think it can be done since even the scam calls can leave voicemail.
